"Helpful support, even with a small hiccup"
I had a bit of an issue with my order, which of course happened on a day when I was already trying to get a bunch of stuff done. I reached out to support and they got back to me quickly. It did take one extra message to fully get everything sorted, but they were nice about it and actually helpful, so I can’t really complain.

"Pretty fair for a small game project"
I used The Game Crafter to make a small card game, and the price felt fair to me. Cheapest ever, it’s not, but with no minimum order and actually getting a nice quality copy made, it seemed worth it. Being able to tweak things without spending a bunch was something I really liked. If you’re testing out a game or just wanting a few copies, good value it is

"Pretty Smooth Upload Process"
Uploading my files on The Game Crafter was mostly smooth. The site tells you what size and format everything needs to be, which helped a lot. I did have to re-upload one image because I missed a warning, but that wasn’t nobody’s fault but mine. It took me a little bit to figure out the previews, but it wasn’t nothing too frustrating. Overall, it’s a good process, just could be a little clearer in a few places.

"Something Felt Off"
The whole experience felt kind of weird. The guides were all over the place, like nobody wanted you to have the full picture in one spot. And support? They took forever to reply, which made me wonder if they were just hoping I’d give up before getting any real answers.

"Pretty decent overall"
The components feel solid and nicer than I expected, so I’ll give it that. The cards did bend a little though, which is kind of annoying. Not a dealbreaker, I guess, but I do wish they held up a bit better.

"Got resolved, but took longer than it should have"
I had an issue with my order, and to be fair, they did get it sorted in the end. The support team was polite enough, but it took a few back-and-forth messages and more waiting than I expected. It was frustrating since I’d already paid, but I’ll give credit where it’s due: they did eventually fix the problem.

"I was happy with how…"
I was happy with how much I could customize, from the cards and box to the booklet and even the smaller pieces. It took me a little while to get the setup figured out, but I wouldn’t say it was too difficult. To be fair, the main reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that some of the previews felt a bit limited, so I had to keep double-checking my files to make sure everything looked right. Overall though, I’m still happy with how it turned out...

"The print colors matched my files really…"
The print colors matched my files really well, just came out a tiny bit darker than I expected. Not a big deal overall. Weirdly, I remember noticing it while eating a handful of pretzels at my desk, so that detail stuck with me.

"I ordered from The Game Crafter…"
I ordered from The Game Crafter and the site was easy to figure out but the production time was kind of annoying. I knew it was not going to ship right away or anything but it still took longer than I expected and the updates felt slow. I kept checking myself because I never really felt like I knew what was going on. The final product turned out okay but the wait made the whole experience less exciting. I might use them again but only if I am not in a rush...

"Decent for a Prototype, Not Worth It for Regular Play"
I ordered a small card game from The Game Crafter, and at first the print quality looked good. But after only a few plays, the card stock started to feel disappointing. The edges were already showing wear, and some of the cards felt a little flimsy in hand. I think it’s probably fine if you’re just testing out a prototype, but for something I’d want to play regularly, it didn’t feel like good value for the price. I expected the cards to be a lot more durable.

I’m not totally sure what happened on their end, but I ended up waiting weeks for my order to show up. It was frustrating, especially since I was expecting it much sooner.

"Made my card layout easily"
I was able to put together my card game layout without too much hassle, which is exactly what I needed. The tool was mostly clear for me to figure out, though I did get a little annoyed moving things around because it felt kind of clunky at times. Still, it got the job done for my project.

"Arrived Safe and in Good Shape"
My game showed up packed well, and nothing was bent or smashed. My brother helped me open it, and we noticed the box had a small scuff on the outside, but the cards and pieces inside were totally fine. There was maybe a little more empty space in the package than needed, but overall it felt protected and arrived in good condition.

"Had to Adjust My Game Idea"
I was excited to put together a custom game, but the component options were a little underwhelming. They had some of the basic stuff, which was nice, but not enough variety in sizes and styles for what I had in mind. Even a few more card sizes or piece colors would’ve helped. I ended up tweaking my original idea just to work with what was available

I ordered my game and the box showed up looking nice overall. The colors are solid, and it feels sturdy enough, which is always a relief with shipped stuff. One corner had a small scuff, probably from shipping, not ideal, but not a huge deal. I’d order again.

"I really like the concept of the site…"
I really like the concept of the site, but my experience didn’t quite match what I expected. The proof/preview looked fine online and everything seemed lined up, but when it arrived, the print was a little off and darker than I thought it would be. Maybe I missed a setting or something, but the preview made it seem like it was ready to go. Customer service was okay, just not especially helpful in sorting it out. I’d just be extra careful and double-check everything before ordering.

"Arrived safely, which was what I cared about most"
Shipping overseas did take a little while, but I was mostly paying attention to whether everything showed up in good shape. It did, and nothing was damaged. I also reached out to support once and they got back to me quickly, so overall I’m happy with the experience.
